This is done with your consent and we do not intend to collect information other than to carry out the service or to comply with current legislation and other regulations or to send you information regarding our company or partners or to send you information concerning other products which may be of interest to you. We do not otherwise actively collect information about our visitors or users from other sources, such as public records or bodies or private organizations except as may be required for credit checks. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any government institution or authority unless required by law.

2. Use of Information.

Information is used to enable us to carry out our business of obtaining compensation from endowment providers or Financial Advisers in respect of mis-sold endowment policies ("the Service").

By your acceptance of this privacy policy and unless and until we receive written instruction to the contrary, you agree that we may share your personal information with banks, Financial Advisers or other relevant financial institutions and to affiliates, associated companies or service partners for the purposes of assisting you with financial planning matters in respect of your actual or projected shortfall or for other financial matters or to any other firm, person or company that we believe may be of similar assistance to you. Except as explicitly stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose to any third party the information provided.

Personal information will be retained for a period to enable us to provide repeat customers with the most efficient service and to enable us to comply with our legal obligations, such as money laundering regulations.
